Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Before you pay you are shown the amount, the billing period, the date of the next charge and how to cancel, on a screen of its own. Cancelling is two clicks from your billing page — never a phone call and never an email.
Credits
A usage allowance, and nothing more than that
Credits meter how much work the service does for you. They are not a currency and there is nothing to top up.
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| A question in chat | 1 |
| Reading one shelf label from a photograph | 1 |
| A comparison card or a promotional conversion card | 3 |
- Credits are a service usage allowance. They are not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
- Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over.
- There are no credit top-up packs and no stored balance. If you run out, you can move up a plan or wait for the reset.

Every plan reads the same four states, and each carries a fill pattern as well as a tone.
Before you pay
What you are told, and when
Everything below happens before a card is charged, not after.
A screen of its own
The amount including VAT, the billing period, the date of the next charge and how to cancel are set out on their own screen before you confirm. Nothing is pre-ticked.
Two separate acknowledgements
If you want access to start straight away, you tick two separate boxes: one asking us to begin during the 14-day cancellation period, and one acknowledging that this ends the right to cancel. Both are repeated in your confirmation email.
A reminder before each renewal
Before a subscription renews you get a reminder as its own email — never inside a marketing message — repeating the amount, the date and how to cancel.
Fourteen days again after every renewal
A fresh 14-day cancellation period starts after each renewal, not only at the beginning. This goes beyond what is required today and is described in the terms as an early implementation of the DMCCA 2024 subscription rules.
Cancelling takes two clicks
From your billing page, and only from there. Never a phone call, never an email, never a retention flow you have to argue your way out of.
Prices include VAT
Every figure shown on this site includes VAT at 20%. All amounts are in USD.
